Every journey is different and so every journey is priced individually. We take horses for Competitions, Shows, Cinics, Arena Hire, Vets Visits, Yard Moves, Hacking and Beach trips or even just for Loading practice

We are Fully Insured with Breakdown Cover and are Fully Qualified

I also have a diploma in Horse Care and Management and Equine Psychology.

Rates used to calculate the cost of each trip are as follows

Prebooked Call out fee - £30 which includes the first hour of waiting (including loading delays)

Waiting/Loading charge after first hour - £10/hour

Mileage charge - £1 per mile charged as a round trip from our base near Herstmonceux. 

The capacity for this Horsebox is 2 ponies or 1 horse

A deposit of 50% of the total cost of your transport is required at the time of booking to confirm your transport and secure your date.

Cancellations a week or more before your agreed date you will receive a full refund. Cancellations on the day of agreed transport will still require transport to be paid in full.

While we make every effort to ensure your horse is safe and comfortable, we take no responsibility for any accidents that may occur. We assume all horses have the relevant insurance should an accident happen they will be covered

Any damage caused to the lorry will be billed to the owner and will be the owners responsibility to reimburse within 30 days of receiving the invoice.

All horses MUST travel with their passports. It is illegal to travel any horse without one, failure to have this document on collection will mean your horse cannot travel and you will be liable for the transport costs
